Wetaskiwin Regional Program Guide

The City of Wetaskiwin produces two regional program guides each year (Spring/Summer, and Fall/Winter). These program guides showcase the many seasonal events and activities taking place in and around Wetaskiwin.

We are now accepting Fall/Winter 2022 Program Guide Submissions

Submitting a Program or Event

Want to advertise your program or event in future program guides? All you have to do is complete our submission forms before the deadline listed. All program guide submissions must be done online using our online registration form; email submissions will not be accepted.

Deadline: The deadline for all submissions is July 11, 2022. No late submissions will be accepted.

Ad pricing & dimensions are as follows:

1/2 page | $60+GST | 7.75" wide x 4.825" high

Full Page | $115+GST | 7.75" wide x 10" high

(Ads can be sent to recreation@wetaskiwin.ca in a JPG or PNG format)

Not wanting to submit an ad? Programs with a description of 60 words or less: FREE

**Any description over 60 words will automatically be edited for length.

**If you submit more than 10 programs or events you will automatically be charged for a full page advertisment.

Logos (at no cost) can be sent to recreation@wetaskiwin.ca in a JPG or PNG format

*Note: It is the responsibility of each organization to have their advertisements sized to the above dimensions as well as in JPG or PNG form before submitting them. PDF or Word Documents will not be accepted. 

Program Guide Mandate

The Program Guide is a non-commercial publication that advertises educational, recreational, and personal wellness programs in Wetaskiwin and the surrounding area. Businesses must promote a program, learning opportunity, and/or community service that falls within the above mandate.
