[ARCHIVED] City asks locals to reduce water use during WTP repairs

City asks citizens to conserve water due to water treatment plant equipment repairs

The City of Wetaskiwin is asking citizens to reduce their water use until further notice due to required equipment repairs currently underway at the water treatment plant. The water is still safe for consumption. We will publish another update once these repairs have been completed—or if other actions are required by the public. Anyone with questions is welcome to phone our utility department at 780-361-4453.
