Public Hearing - Bylaw 1887-17 (Re-Zoning)
Notice of Public Hearing
Take notice that Council for the City of Wetaskiwin is considering Bylaw 1887-17 to reclassify Plan 0022378, Block 18 which is civically addressed as 6519 – 46 Street from R3  – Medium Density Residential to R5 – Condominium Residential (see image below).

The purpose of the R5 – Condominium Residential district is to have a district where a large parcel of land is the location of numerous different housing complexes. The entire project shall be planned in advance prior to issuance of any permits being issued using standard planning practices, and be approved by the City’s Development Authority prior to the issuance of any permits.

City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed bylaw on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017 starting at 4 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall located at 4705 – 50 Avenue, Wetaskiwin. A copy of the proposed bylaw 
may be inspected by the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the office of the Development Officer at 4705 – 50 Avenue.

Written submissions to Council regarding this proposed bylaw will be accepted if received on or before 1:00 p.m. on Friday , September 8, 2017 addressed to:
