What is the FCSS Community Grant Program? The FCSS Grant Program provides funds to enhance and enrich preventative programs and services throughout the City of Wetaskiwin. FCSS is a partnership between the City of Wetaskiwin and the Province of Alberta. Funding decisions will be in accordance with provincial FCSS guidelines.
