Utility bills are mailed or emailed on a monthly basis to the property owner. Your utility bill includes base rate charges for recycling, solid waste, water, and wastewater services. Payment is due on the 15th of each month. You can view your bill by logging into your Virtual City Hall account.
Peace Hills Utilities Inc. customers now have the option to go paperless. Electronic billing (e-billing) is a simple, secure way to receive your utility bills by email.

Not receiving your tax or utility bill does not exempt you from late payment penalties.

Payment Options
Customers have multiple options for paying their utility bills. Find out more about each of them below to choose the one that is right for you.
Sign up for Peace Hills Utilities Inc. Pre-Authorized Payment Plan to have your utility bill automatically paid from your account every month. Completed forms and banking information can then be submitted in one of the following ways:
Make a bill payment online or by phone directly through your financial institution.
The City of Wetaskiwin now accepts payments on tax invoices and utility bills via major credit card, Interac e-Transfer, in-person at a Canada Post office using cash or debit, and PayPal. This service is being offered through PaySimply.ca — a secure, third-party Canadian payment provider.
All fees are paid to PaySimply, and the City of Wetaskiwin does not retain any portion of the fee. You will be notified of the fee amount prior to the payment being processed. You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction, including fees paid. To ensure your payment is not late, please pay at least five (5) business days in advance of the due date, as PaySimply requires five business days for processing.
Please note: County of Wetaskiwin property taxes cannot be paid through this webpage. If you would like to pay your County property taxes, please contact the County office at 780.352.3321 to discuss your payment options.
