Divisions

The Administration team for the City of Wetaskiwin consists of a City Manager and an Executive Assistant.

Community & Protective Services is comprised of Enforcement Services (Community Peace Officers, Bylaw Officers, RCMP), Fire Services, and Recreation.

Corporate Services is comprised of Strategic Governance Services (Communications and Legislative Services), Information Services (Geographic Information Systems and Information Technology), People & Culture (formerly Human Resources), Health & Safety, and Records Management/ATIA.

Financial Services manages the City's finances, being responsible for accounting and payroll, collecting property taxes, managing operating and capital budgets, and ensuring financial reporting compliance with provincial regulations.

Municipal Services oversees Engineering, Planning & Development, Public Works, Utilities, Waste & Recycling, and the Wetaskiwin Regional Airport.
