| Description | Change of Use permits are needed when a business moves into a new location and the type of business is different from what was there before under the City’s Land Use Bylaw. For example, a retail store would need a Change of Use permit if it moved into a space that used to be a restaurant. When you apply for a Change of Use permit, the City reviews it to make sure your new business meets all parking and land use rules for that location. |
