Manluk Centre Facility Hours Update
Starting Monday, March 9, the Manluk Centre: Regional Aquatics & Fitness will be updating its hours of operation and the pool schedule as part of a City Council directive to reduce operating costs. Council asked the Recreation department to find savings, and after reviewing many possible options, we recommended changes we believe are the least disruptive for our valued patrons while still protecting the programs and swim times you rely on.
What’s staying strong:
We remain committed to offering as many programs, lessons, and public swim opportunities as possible for our community.
What’s changing:
- Saturdays: Public swim will run 11a.m. to 5 p.m. (lessons will still be scheduled from 9 to11 a.m.)
- Mondays: The waterslides will be closed.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to balance service, sustainability, and great recreation experiences for everyone.
