The next Committee of the Whole and the Regular City Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Wetaskiwin City Hall at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., respectively.

Electronic & Household Hazardous Waste Round Up & Kick it to the Curb are back!

The City's Household Hazardous Waste Roundup will take place at the Wetaskiwin Fire Station (5940 40 Ave) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 11 to 15, and on May 16 at the Wetaskiwin Recycling Centre (5707 51 St) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kick it to the Curb is back on May 16 and 17 to help you get your unwanted items into a new home! Place your unwanted but usable items in front of your property with a 'FREE' sign and then explore the city to find your own new-to-you treasures.
