Time for Spring Cleaning!

Electronic & Household Hazardous Waste Round Up & Kick it to the Curb are back!

Get ready for warmer weather with a little bit of spring cleaning! The City's Electronic and Household Hazardous Waste Roundup is the perfect opportunity to get rid of chemicals and electronics that have been cluttering your garage throughout the winter months. Bring your items to the Wetaskiwin Fire Station (5940 40 Ave) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 11 to 15, or to the Wetaskiwin Recycling Centre (5707 51 St) on May 16, for free disposal. 

Have furniture that doesn't match your current interior design vision or sports equipment that your kids have outgrown? Kick it to the Curb is back on May 16 and 17 to help you get your unwanted items into a new home! Place your unwanted but usable items in front of your property with a 'FREE' sign and then explore the city to find your own new-to-you treasures.
